Our story
How AUCTONOMY came to exist — and why it had to.
The problem we lived
Property auction operations are genuinely complex. Dozens of lots, hundreds of documents, multiple solicitors, tight deadlines, conflict checks, advert proofs, fees — all tracked across spreadsheets, email threads and shared drives. Things fall through the cracks. Lots are not ready on auction day. Post-sale administration drags on for weeks.
Why existing tools fell short
Generic CRMs and project management tools do not understand auction workflows. They require constant manual configuration, do not surface the right information at the right time, and give managers no real visibility into operational risk. We needed something purpose-built.
What we built instead
